This axis focuses on increasing the visibility of Canarian local products, both within and beyond the archipelago. Through various actions aimed at different audiences, the goal is to raise awareness and appreciation of these products, integrating them into the tourism experience. This promotional effort is essential to strengthen the Canary Islands’ identity as a destination offering not only sun and beach but also a rich gastronomic and cultural tradition backed by high-quality products.
