This axis focuses on training the various stakeholders involved in promoting and marketing local products, from trainers and institutional representatives to future professionals in the tourism and gastronomic sectors. Training is key to ensuring that all agents possess the necessary knowledge to communicate the importance and added value of local products, thus strengthening the Canary Islands’ identity as a unique and authentic destination.
