What is Canarian cheese?

Quesillo canario is very similar to traditional flan, the difference is that it is made with condensed milk and does not contain a large amount of milk. This dessert is ideal for snacks or after lunch. With just a few ingredients, this dessert will prove that you can make delicious and tasty recipes.

  • 4 eggs.
  • 1 can of condensed milk of 370 gr.
  • Liquid caramel.
  • Same measurement as the can with whole milk.

How to prepare Canarian Cheese

In just a few simple steps, this delicious recipe will be ready to be enjoyed to the fullest and to offer our guests an impressive dessert.

  1. We will set the oven to 150 degrees.
  2. We will beat the eggs with the condensed milk until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
  3. Cover the bottom of the mold with the liquid caramel.
  4. Once you take it out of the oven, let it cool before removing the mold.
  5. We will add the milk and mix everything.
  6. Pour the entire mixture into the mould and bake in a bain-marie for 50 minutes. Remember to set the oven temperature to upwards and downwards.
