A simple dish to prepare that is based on creating a good base from:
- Roughly chop the garlic cloves, tomatoes and spices.
- Stir-fry to extract the flavor of the vegetables and spices.
- Once this is done, we add a good amount of water and salt .
- Once it has started to boil, we peel and break up the potatoes so that they release the starch and give body to the broth.
- It is accompanied with a few touches of a delicious and intense green mojo.
