What is Canarian fish broth?

  • ½ kg of potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • Cilantro
  • Peppermint
  • Pepper

How to prepare Canarian Fish broth

  1. Place the peeled potatoes, onion, tomato and pepper, all whole, in a pot with water, with a little oil, paprika, saffron, coriander, garden herb , cumin, garlic, salt and pepper and put on the fire.
  2. When it starts to boil, add the fish and let it cook until the potatoes are cooked.
